| The link between Spire102fm and rallying goes back to 1992 when shortly after launching Spire sponsored its own team with Gareth and brother Ceri who campaigned in a very quick Award Winning 1977 Toyota Celica. After Ceri retired, Gareth continued with friend Richard Goring in the co-driver's seat. Now there is a new team and a new car but Spire is continuing its commitment to sponsoring rally driving this time joined by sister stations, Bathfm and Brunelfm.
Covering an area extending from West Hampshire, through North Wiltshire to North Somerset, the stations, all part of Local Radio Company PLC, have carried coverage of the team's performances in the West and South-West of England.
We are also extremely delighted to say that in addition to Spire, Bath and Brunel FM Radio Stations we've been joined by 3TR of Warminster in 2008, so wherever you are in the West Country you should be able to hear live action from the events or online via their websites.
